Anambra State Governorship Aspirant Vows To Unseat Soludo.
The Anambra State Governorship aspirant, Mr. Valentine Ozigbo, of the Labour Party, has vowed to unseat the incumbent Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo in the 2025 governorship election in Anambra State. Ozigbo expressed confidence that the Labour Party would secure victory in the upcoming elections and criticized Soludo’s performance, stating that he had failed to meet the expectations of the people of Anambra. Ozigbo’s declaration came during a gathering where over 300 defectors from the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) joined the Labour Party, further strengthening their position for the upcoming elections.
On the other hand, Sir Paul Chukwuma, a former National Auditor of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has also vowed to challenge Soludo in the 2025 governorship election if given the APC ticket. Chukwuma pledged to elevate the APC above other political parties in Anambra State and ensure victory in the upcoming election. He announced significant support for the party, including donations for new party offices and regular meetings to strengthen party cohesion and readiness for the elections.
Both Ozigbo and Chukwuma are gearing up for a political showdown against Governor Soludo in 2025, each representing their respective parties with ambitious plans to secure victory and lead Anambra State.
