In another incident, an FRSC official was accused of assaulting a motorist in Osun State after allegedly breaking his vehicle’s windscreen. In yet another incident, an FRSC patrol team was accused of behaving in an uncivil manner against a member of the public in Egbeda unit command general operational area.

Analysis of Incidents
Based on the information provided, it is clear that there are some serious concerns regarding the behavior of some FRSC officials in Nigeria. The first incident, which resulted in the death of one official and injuries to four others, is still under investigation, and it is not clear what caused the accident. However, the fact that it involved a government vehicle belonging to the FRSC raises questions about the safety protocols and training provided to the officials.

The second incident, which involves an allegation of assault against an FRSC official, is particularly concerning. The video evidence clearly shows the official hitting the motorist, which is a violation of FRSC’s standard operating procedures for officers on patrol operations. This behavior is unacceptable and undermines the credibility of the organization.

The third incident involves a report of uncivil behavior by an FRSC patrol team against a member of the public. While details of this incident are limited, it is still concerning as it suggests that there may be systemic issues within the FRSC when it comes to dealing with members of the public.
