“We’re finished,” 103 Nigerians deported from Turkey, narrate their ordeal
Nigeria’s respect has continued to erode abroad as it also keep dissipating at home.
Yesterday, a whole number of 103 Nigerians arrived Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, having being deported from the Republic of Turkey. They arrived at the pilgrims wing of the airport at about 6:45 pm on the Southwind Airlines flight with registration number TC-GRB.

The Department of State Service (DSS), National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) were among the agencies which received the deportees.
As of the time of filing this report, there is yet no knowledge of the reasons for which the Nigerians were deported from the European country.
However, the deportees were seen in a viral video recounting their ordeal and calling on Federal Government to intervene in their cases. According to them, Turkish authorities had jailed some of them for over 11 months before they were bundled home empty-handed.

This is happening at the time when Nigeria’s naira continues it free falls against almost all other currencies in the world, and where Tinubu’s policies are spread hunger in the land.
